I'm trying to track down a friend and I've found their details on 192.com but it's giving me a pay wall and asking for payment before I can get the data. Is there any way for me to get this information without paying for it or is 192 my best option for this?

192 aggregates data from several sources; what is the source of the data that you'd like to access?

You're probably not going to get data for free unless you can find it by searching Google or Bing. It's possible to get some data from 192 by searching Google (add site:192.com to your search query), as they sometimes display partially redacted records for free, but if you really want the data then 192 is cheap anyway.
