Help me trace my father in California

I grew up In a household with my mom, my dad, 2 brothers and 2 sisters. When my mom died March 04, 2020 my dad disowned me entirely.
Christmas came around, I went up to visit. I drove 17 hours and I went to see my sister and her kids first, then I went to my parents house.
Conversation was awkward and after a short amount of time Ronnie ended up saying, Emily won't be staying for dinner, to my sister who was preparing plates.I left crying. Later that night, I received a text from my Grandma on my dad's side saying, "We have information on your birth father in California, if you would like to know it." I said yes and she ended up blocking me on Messenger, never telling me.

I had somewhat of an idea because, right after my mom had passed away, I found my Birth Certificate and this was the first time I had ever seen it and it didn't have my dad's name on it. It had another man's name [removed personal details]. I looked him up and I tried to track him down because I had so many questions, my whole life I had thought that Ronnie was my dad. If my mom would lie to me about something like that, what else in my life could be a lie? I don't know anything about my life if that's the case.

I ended up finding an address for [removed personal details] in West Sacramento, California and I went to his address and I left a note on his door because he didn't answer when I knocked and I left my contact information and I told him who I was and that I would like to get to know him or talk to him at least and he didn't respond. He never responded. The only other information I've ever found on him was an address in Florida that he used to live at but it's a past address and his address up in Oregon where he used to live with my mom, but that's the same house that I grew up in and Ronnie still lives in, no phone numbers, no emails, hes the most impossible man to find.

I can't find anything on him. He's 73 years old and I just have so many questions. I just want a chance to get to talk to him. Give it his side of the story. I also want to know who my dad is for health reasons as well. My mom was diagnosed with cancer in her thirties and im 31. For all I know he could be dead. I just want answers and I didn't know what else to do so I'm reaching out on here to see if anybody would be interested in helping me. I don't have anything I could pay but you know, you never know, maybe somebody out there knows what it's like and wouldnt mind helping out.

I don't know if I'm supposed to put all of his information here or not. I don't know if there's a way I can be messaged for this information or not, I know nothing basically, so if you are willing and able to help, maybe you could send me an email and we can discuss this further.
