Dear Investigator,
Raven World Legal Taskforce (“Raven”) is seeking qualified, licensed private investigators or investigation agencies capable of providing outsourced investigative support for operations involving Korean clients, subjects, or jurisdictions.
This RFQ outlines our interest in developing working relationships with professional contractors to assist with specific case assignments related to legal, civil, and cross-border matters involving Korea. This may include, but is not limited to:
• Surveillance and field investigations
• Background checks (domestic and international)
• Digital or cyber investigations
• Forensic document review
• International subject tracing
• Legal evidence documentation
• Due diligence and fraud detection
Scope of Work:
Investigators may be assigned tasks either directly related to Raven’s current government contract work in Korea or as-needed case assignments involving Korean-speaking clients, overseas communication, or culturally specific case challenges.
Quote Requirements:
Please submit a written quote that includes the following:
1. Your agency’s flat or hourly rate for services within your licensed jurisdiction
2. Any specialty service rates (e.g., cyber tracing, overseas interviews, interpreter support)
3. A base hourly rate for services not otherwise specified
4. A list of service areas and jurisdictions where you are currently licensed and insured
5. Optional: Tiered pricing for long-term or ongoing cases
Required Documentation (submit with your quote):
• Copy of current Private Investigator license
• Certificate of liability insurance
• References or case experience related to Korean clients or cross-border work
• Optional: Language capabilities, certifications, or relevant cultural expertise
